Light Duty Boltless Shelving Systems

Boltless Rack Minimizes setup time and offers a vast selection of heavy to light racking system requirements. Easy and fast to install and dismantle, Boltless Rack can be applied to existing racking systems for increased cost savings in warehouse storage systems.

With a loading capacity of 200kgs Uniformly Distributive Load (UDL), Simple Metal Rack was designed as a light duty shelving system. Each shelve is finish with anti-rust epoxy powder coating.

Medium Duty Longspan Shelving System

Longspan shelving system is designed for warehouse where goods are deposited and removed manually from the shelves. This system also makes optimal use of warehouse height, as the higher levels can be accessed mechanically by devices that lift the operator to the required height or via gangways located between shelves.

Longspan shelving gives you the choice of a wide range of pre-fabricated frames and beams to suit loading requirements and a variety of different shelving materials which, together with optional lateral dividers and side mesh panels, can be used to create custom built storage in next to no time.

Very Narrow Aisle Racking System - VNA

With the emergence of new warehouses of up to 15 meters high, VNA pallet racking system are designed around the operation tolerances of VNA material handling equipment. Aisles are slightly wider than the pallet load. Trucks are ‘guided’ into the aisle by rails or embedded wire.

Such systems calls for a high level of accuracy during manufacturing, and rigidity. VNA offers 100% accessibility, good stock rotation and 50% floor utilisation.

Heavy Duty Selective Pallet Racking

Single deep pallet rack, also known as selective rack, is by far the most common type of rack used in warehouses today. Because pallet loads are stored only one pallet deep, single-deep rack provides the lowest density storage of any pallet racking system.

Single deep selective racking remains popular, however, because it permits unimpeded access to every pallet it stores. Additionally, single-deep rack can be used in a variety of aisle configurations and can be paired with any type of lift truck and is the least expensive style of rack.
